Brisban Cave is a large forest cavern where underground stone has been overtaken by unusually vigorous magical vegetation. Bushes and fungal growth thrive where they should struggle, while scattered remains and disturbed chambers suggest that previous visitors did not leave safely. Multiple sections of the cave create enough room for different creatures or phenomena to occupy the same complex without turning it into one oversized room.

For a GM, the location is useful when the mystery is environmental rather than architectural. Strange plants can mark the spread of chaotic magic, aggressive wildlife can use the same caverns and myconid-like inhabitants can occupy deeper areas without requiring a separate dungeon. Narrow passages break visibility while larger chambers give encounters room to develop. Paired with Brisban Forest, the cave can serve as the point where an unsettling wilderness problem becomes concentrated enough for the party to investigate directly.
