About this Map
Two short flights of stairs, flanked by tapestries of Baphomet driving heroes through a maze, are the only hint that anything of worth lies hidden here. Behind an illusory wall and down a further stair waits the treasure vault of the Ineluctable Prison — an octagonal chamber of polished ivory, brilliantly lit, its domed ceiling crowned with a leering goat-faced pentagram.
Four alcoves open off the room, each cradling a floating prize — a burning scimitar, a red-bladed glaive, a ball of twine, a raw heart soaking in golden blood. An iron statue of Baphomet looms at the center amid four pedestals, a golden orb drifts in a southern niche, and three colored doors and a maze-worked tapestry line the walls. Nearly every element is a trap, a guardian, or a lure, and triggering several at once can turn the vault into a lethal snare within seconds.
This is a puzzle-box built to punish greed and reward patience — warded by ancient miracles, watched by an iron golem, and threaded with magic older than memory. The treasures within could tip the scales in your final reckoning with Baphomet, but only for those clever enough to claim them and live.
