About this Map

Off the winding, bone-walled halls of the Ineluctable Prison open the cellblocks — clusters of eight to twelve cells where Baphomet's captives languish. The corridors run ten feet wide beneath fifteen-foot ceilings, their walls fashioned from bone melted and pressed into sheets as hard as adamantine, their doors locked and yielding only to the touch of a demodand or warden.

Here the prison's true purpose reveals itself in the flesh. Behind these doors waste away champions of good — angels broken and despairing — alongside seething devils and stranger things, each held for Baphomet's own reasons. Some, like the astral deva Malaika or the immolation devil Suurlahetas, may prove unlikely allies, trading hard-won secrets of the prison for the mercy of release.

Amid the constant echo of sobbing, screaming, and demonic laughter, these cells offer both danger and opportunity. To move through them is to walk past the wreckage of heroes who came before — and perhaps to gather the knowledge and allies you'll need to succeed where they failed.
