Vargash House is a compact derelict residence spread across several levels, each revealing a different stage of decline. The ground floor still reads as a home, with a hearth, kitchen, sitting space, and stairs leading deeper into the building. Upper rooms are more damaged, with broken timber, scattered furnishings, and signs that the house has been disturbed, while the attic and cellar add tighter spaces where the atmosphere becomes more private and more unsettling.

For a GM, the vertical layout turns a small house into a complete investigation site. Each floor can hold a separate clue, threat, or change in tone, and the staircases become natural choke points if the situation turns violent. Domestic furniture provides believable cover without cluttering the rooms, while the cellar and attic give characters reasons to search beyond the obvious living spaces. Vargash House works as a haunted home, abandoned urban residence, murder scene, occult hideout, or any scenario where a normal house slowly reveals that something is very wrong.
