Star-Hand's Barrow is a low, overgrown burial site set against a rough stone rise, with a grave or stone marker reached through a narrow patch of uneven ground and vegetation. The entrance is modest rather than monumental, making the location feel like an old local tomb that has survived because few people had reason to disturb it.

For a GM, that restraint is useful. The exterior can support a tense approach, ritual, or discovery scene before characters move into whatever lies beneath, while the surrounding rock and brush provide enough cover for an ambush without overwhelming the small site. In Troubles in Otari, the barrow carries the history of Star-Hand and gives the town's surrounding wilderness another tangible connection to its past. Outside the adventure it works as a forgotten hero's grave, cursed burial mound, sealed family crypt, old cairn, or remote tomb whose danger comes from what was buried rather than the size of the structure above it.
