Shroon Farm is a compact rural homestead surrounded by working ground rather than an anonymous open field. The main building and nearby farm features create several small zones for movement, while fences, crops and exterior clutter give the site useful cover and boundaries.

For a GM, the farm supports encounters where civilians, animals or property can matter alongside the combat itself. A threat can move between the house and fields, attackers can approach from more than one side, and the ordinary domestic setting makes danger feel immediate. In Troubles in Otari, it broadens the adventure beyond dungeons and wilderness paths. Elsewhere, it can serve as any isolated farmstead where the party arrives to investigate trouble or protect the people living there.
