The Nightmare Spire is a surreal orange structure formed from winding circular levels and narrow connecting paths. The geometry coils upward or inward, giving the map a strong sense of vertical progression even when viewed from above.

For a GM, each ring or terrace can function as its own encounter stage. Narrow connections make excellent choke points, higher or inner sections provide clear objectives and the strange architecture supports fiends, nightmares or planar guardians without additional decoration. It works as a dream-realm tower, infernal monument or magical spire where reaching the center is more important than searching conventional rooms.
