Umbarez Plaza is a broad paved square organized around a central fountain, with benches, clipped garden pockets, trees, and formal edges defining an otherwise open civic space. The layout is deliberately exposed: anyone crossing the center can be seen from multiple directions, while the planted corners provide the few reliable places to break line of sight.

That openness gives a GM a very different encounter from the surrounding streets and markets. The plaza suits public announcements, confrontations, duels, demonstrations, executions, or attacks where characters must cross dangerous open ground. The fountain can serve as cover or an objective, while the garden edges become natural staging points for guards or hidden observers. In Tyrant's Grasp, Umbarez Plaza belongs to Borne by the Sun's Grace; outside the Adventure Path it can stand in for almost any formal city square, palace forecourt, memorial plaza, or civic gathering place.
