A vine-choked sanctuary swallowed by the rock around it. The stone halls are laid out like a body: a domed shrine at the head crowned by a horned idol and flanked by braziers, a broad pillared nave of toppled benches running down the spine, and a warren of lower chambers and crypts at the base. Greenery has forced its way through every seam — ferns and flowering growth spilling across the flagstones — while raw cave passages claw in from the east, opening onto pools, glittering crystal clusters, and a black underground lake. Side rooms hold the leftovers of whoever was here last: an altar with scattered offerings, a study, store-rooms gone to rubble.

It reads as a place long abandoned and only half-reclaimed — sacred geometry softened by rot and root, the order of the temple losing ground to the wild creeping in behind it. The contrast does the atmospheric work: clean cut stone above, ragged darkness below and to the side.

Practically, the layout gives you a natural difficulty gradient. The upper shrine and nave are open and columned — good for a set-piece confrontation with cover behind pillars and overturned pews and clear approaches from the linked side chapels. The descending corridor funnels the party down into the tighter lower halls, and the cave mouths let you push or pull things in from the dark without warning. Run the temple proper as the controlled fight and the caverns as the place where control slips. Since this is the interior counterpart to the exterior you've already built, the multiple cave and corridor entrances make it easy to drop the party in from whichever approach they took outside.
