The Tree Stump Library turns a massive hollowed tree into a vertical sanctuary of books, with shelves, reading spaces and winding access arranged within living wood rather than ordinary masonry. The unusual shape immediately gives the interior character: curved boundaries replace square rooms, book-filled walls wrap around the central space, and the sense of height makes the library feel larger than its footprint. Magical lights and study areas keep the space readable while preserving the feeling of an old, cultivated place of learning.

Several connected views and levels let a GM use the library as more than a backdrop. Characters can search different sections, move between reading areas, watch one another across open space or become separated by the library's vertical structure. In Strength of Thousands: Kindled Magic, it fits naturally into the Magaambya's blend of scholarship and living nature. Elsewhere, it can become an ancient druidic archive, an elven repository or any magical library where the architecture itself is part of the wonder. It supports research scenes particularly well, but its stairs, shelves and layered interior can also make a chase or sudden attack far more interesting than a fight in a conventional reading room.
