Skartitch's Cantina is a busy desert establishment with far more going on than a single barroom. The main hall is packed with tables around a long bar, while a working kitchen and lavatory occupy adjoining spaces. A dedicated weapon-storage area adds an unusually martial element, and a rear garage provides room for sand racers and mechanical work. Together, those functions make the building feel like a real stop for travelers rather than a tavern dropped into empty space.

The connected rooms give a GM several encounter zones within one compact map. A dispute can begin among patrons, spill past the bar, move into the kitchen or turn into a scramble for stored weapons. The garage offers a separate objective and an obvious escape route for anyone trying to leave quickly. In Strength of Thousands: Doorway to the Red Star, the cantina belongs to the strange environment reached beyond Golarion; outside the Adventure Path, it can support any desert outpost, racer bar or rough frontier establishment where food, drink, repairs and trouble all share the same roof.
