About this Map
Attack of the Sun-Spires is built around a monumental statue and the open ground surrounding it, giving the encounter an immediate landmark that dominates both the view and the movement of the battlefield. The colossal stone figure creates a broad obstacle, blocks clean lines across the map and turns its base into a natural objective for attackers or defenders. Long shadows and exposed approaches reinforce the sense of fighting beneath something far larger than the combatants themselves.
In Strength of Thousands: Secrets of the Temple-City, the location supports a clash around one of the city's striking monuments. For a GM, the map works equally well as a ceremonial plaza under attack, an ancient statue site or a defensive stand where controlling the ground around a single massive structure matters. The open areas make movement readable, while the statue prevents ranged combat from becoming completely unrestricted.
