About this Map
Narrow dirt lanes pass between timber houses, fenced yards, sheds, and small garden plots on the quieter edge of town. Smoke rises from chimneys while trees and outbuildings break the streets into intimate spaces hidden from the busier town center.
The alleys create an excellent setting for pursuit, surveillance, or an ambush between closely packed buildings. Corners, fences, rooftops, and side passages repeatedly interrupt sightlines, allowing creatures to disappear only a few steps away. The familiar rural surroundings make any violence here feel immediate, as though danger has slipped directly into everyday life.
