Ol' Bill's Hut sits in a striking highland landscape where a small cabin overlooks water fed by a nearby waterfall. Trees and dense plant growth frame the property, while the elevation and surrounding wilderness make the site feel genuinely removed from the dry plains below. The hut itself is humble, with just enough domestic space to support someone who has chosen solitude over comfort.

For a GM, the setting does much of the storytelling. The lake and waterfall create obvious landmarks and movement boundaries, the trees allow visitors to approach unseen and the cabin provides an intimate place for conversation, discovery or a sudden attack. Ol' Bill can be a hermit, guide, witness or keeper of local knowledge, but the map works equally well if the resident is replaced entirely. It is a strong location for a quiet mountain interlude that can become dangerous without needing a dungeon beneath it.
