A twisted cave shrine, giving physical shape to something Wrath of the Righteous only ever describes — a supplement map filling in ground the adventure path leaves to the imagination.

A carved wolf-head effigy dominates a stone chamber littered with torn remains and old blood, flanked by a study lined with jars and reagents, and a side room with a runic pentagram scrawled across the floor. Beyond the built rooms, the tunnels stretch wide and winding, seeded with glowing blue crystal clusters, strange orange fungal blooms and clumps of red berries — flora that doesn't belong on the surface.

Tight, controllable rooms up front make for a nasty first encounter or a ritual interrupted; the branching cave system beyond gives room to retreat, regroup, or set a running fight through hazardous, glowing terrain.
