About this Map
The third level of Vordakai's Tomb is a layered stone complex of stairs, halls and dark chambers arranged at different elevations. More vertical movement appears here than on the upper floors, forcing explorers to think about where passages lead rather than reading the dungeon as one flat corridor network. Debris and shadowed side spaces keep the architecture from feeling pristine.
For a GM, the level is suited to a deeper, more deliberate stage of the tomb crawl. Stairs create defensible transitions, separated chambers allow encounters to unfold without immediately alerting the entire level, and the varied elevations make the final spaces feel physically removed from the surface. In Kingmaker, this is part of the heart of Vordakai's ancient complex, where the party's exploration has moved far beyond an isolated wilderness ruin into a true subterranean stronghold.
