Kerphyr Caravanserai is a large walled desert complex built to shelter travelers, animals and valuable cargo from both weather and hostile roads. Courtyards and pens accommodate mounts, while the interior combines an inn, guest rooms, more luxurious suites and spaces for trade and refreshment. Beneath the public face of the caravanserai, extensive storage and holding cells add a darker, more controlled layer to the property.

With many rooms and multiple functional areas, the map can carry a full session. A caravan can arrive through the fortified gate, characters can negotiate in the public inn, search the quieter upper spaces or descend into the cellar where goods and prisoners are kept. The walls make the site defensible, while the courtyards create open ground between interior buildings. Kerphyr Caravanserai works as a desert safe haven, smuggling hub, intelligence exchange or fortified roadside settlement where hospitality and exploitation can exist side by side.
