The surviving upper floor of the Foghorn Tower rises above a dense woodland canopy overlooking the sea. Its circular wooden platform is badly damaged, with broken boards, collapsed beams, and scattered debris leaving only a cramped space within the remaining stone wall.

The surrounding treetops conceal the forest floor and isolate the tower from anything approaching below. Limited footing and little cover make this level ideal for a precarious confrontation, aerial attack, or tense investigation of the ruined lookout. The exposed platform offers a commanding view toward the coast, but anyone standing upon it is equally visible against the open sky.
