The Dragon's Domain is a cavern lair carved apart by rivers and pools of molten rock. Blackened stone forms islands of usable ground between glowing lava channels, while treasure and the broad open chamber make the center feel like a deliberate seat of power rather than a random volcanic cave. Heat hazards create hard boundaries that cannot be crossed casually, so the battlefield is naturally divided before any creature takes a turn.

In Age of Ashes: Fires of the Haunted City, the map provides a climactic dragon encounter where the terrain supports a highly mobile opponent. A GM can use lava to restrict safe approaches, force the party onto exposed stone and make treasure piles or rock formations into contested cover. The additional mapped sections give the lair enough depth for approach and exploration before the main confrontation. Outside the Adventure Path, it is a ready-made volcanic dragon hoard, fire giant vault or elemental stronghold.
