HOSPICE OF THE BLESSED MAIDEN & TEMPLE OF URGATHOA

Beneath the veil of mercy lies a festering truth — and once the illusion is peeled away, only horror remains.

This set contains two deeply interconnected locations from Curse of the Crimson Throne — the Hospice of the Blessed Maiden, and the corrupted heart beneath it: the Temple of Urgathoa.

The Hospice of the Blessed Maiden

By all appearances, it is a place of healing. Uniformed doctors roam clean corridors. Patients lie in quiet beds. Alchemical tools and surgical implements are neatly arranged, and the scent of antiseptic clings to the air. But something is off — too sterile, too orderly… too calm.

Behind closed doors, screams are muffled, and treatments take a darker turn. Hidden elevators and secret stairwells mark this building not as a place of recovery… but of transition.

The Temple of Urgathoa

Below, decadence turns to desecration. This sanctum of the Pallid Princess is lavish in the most grotesque of ways — marble corrupted by rot, banquet halls littered with decaying feasts, and skeletal figures locked in eternal mockery of life’s pleasures.

Here, the mask comes off. The plague, the cruelty, the experiments — all are laid bare in divine horror. Blood slicks the floors. Unholy rituals echo from chamber to chamber. And at the heart of it all… a god’s hunger made manifest.
